E-mail English
This workshop teaches you the dos and don'ts of e-mailing in British and American English. In particular, we look at aspects such as the formal and informal use of language, e-mail types and common mistakes

Getting to yes
Are you a strong and skilled negotiator in Dutch with a good command of English? Language Partners teaches you in a short space of time to negotiate and present a case just as effectively and convincingly as in your mother tongue. You will be offered valuable communication strategies and practise various situations in role-play exercises.

Better Dutch
Don't know whether you have 'gefaxt' or 'gefaxd', or perhaps 'gefaxed' a document? Problems with Dutch pronunciation? Is the correct comparative 'groter als' or 'groter dan', and is 'peilers' the correct spelling or 'pijlers'? Tough questions? Bring your Dutch spelling up to scratch with the Better Dutch workshop. Put the dots on the i's and cross the t's, and discover the reassuring effect of a good command of Algemeen Beschaafd Nederlands.

Business writing
Language Partners will freshen up your business writing skills with this workshop. How to prevent woolly texts? Which tone, style, punctuation and structure should you use for letters, e-mails, memos and reports? Conventions vary per language and per country. That is why Language Partners offers this workshop in Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
This workshop is structured into four or more blocks of three hours each.
Professional telephone skills
This workshop is aimed at receptionists, switchboard operators, call-centre staff and anyone who communicates regularly by phone. This workshop covers all basic expressions relating to taking calls, connecting callers, passing on messages, concluding calls and asking questions. Of course, we devote a lot of attention to correct pronunciation and etiquette.
